What you receive

The Plainview Account Care Kit costs $19 USD once, plus applicable tax. It includes an HTML workbook, two blank CSV templates, a recovery worksheet and instructions. This is a self-guided educational download. No subscription, monitoring, guaranteed protection, account recovery service or individual consultation is included. Use it for accounts you own or are authorized to manage.

Delivery

After successful payment, the checkout redirects to a page where you can download the ZIP file. Keep the files and your receipt. If you lose the download or have trouble opening it, contact michael@dchealthcheck.com with your receipt reference. Never send payment-card details, passwords or recovery codes.

Refunds and support

Contact us within 14 days if the files are inaccessible or materially different from the description. We will help resolve the issue or refund the purchase. Duplicate payments and failed delivery will be reviewed promptly. This does not limit rights that apply to you under applicable law.

Practical limits

Checklists depend on your answers and platform settings. They cannot detect all threats, prove an account is secure or establish another person’s identity. Use each provider’s own recovery process for an active incident. The free site does not discover other people’s accounts.
