The kit is $19 USD once, plus applicable tax. Stripe handles checkout for DC Health Check LLC. There is no subscription.
Paid, but missing your download?
After successful checkout, you return to a download page. Keep that page open until you have saved the files. If the return was interrupted or you lost the link, contact support with your receipt reference or checkout email and purchase date. We will match the purchase before restoring delivery.
Do not buy the kit again to retrieve your files.
Ask for download helpNever send payment-card details, passwords, account lists or recovery codes. Support is handled by a person; this page does not look up your payment.
Checkout was declined
A decline is not a completed purchase. Follow the message in Stripe checkout. Check your details there or contact your card issuer through its official channel. If you choose to retry, use the same checkout. Do not send us your card number.
A payment is pending or the outcome is unclear
Do not submit another payment while the first one is unresolved. Check the payment confirmation and contact support if needed. A pending bank authorization is not proof of a completed order. We confirm payment using Stripe's transaction record.
You left before paying
You can return to the kit whenever you choose. A visit to this help page does not place an order or confirm a payment.
Return to the $19 kitThe files will not open
Save the ZIP to your device and use its Extract or Uncompress option. Open START-HERE.txt first. The workbook opens in a browser; the CSV templates open in Excel, Numbers or a compatible spreadsheet app. Your download page also provides the five files individually if ZIP extraction is difficult.
Wrong order or duplicate charge?
Contact support with the receipt reference. For inaccessible files or a product materially different from its description, contact us within 14 days; we will resolve it or refund the purchase. Read the delivery and refund terms.
